PREVENT THOSE BELLY WORMS
Worms in the belly have been identified as a common child health issue across the globe. Parents delay the treatment of worms because the thought of worms comes late. We can prevent ourselves and our children from worms by following few general tips:
• Do not walk bare foot as worms can penetrate trough the exposed skin and can migrate to intestines and other organs of the body.
• Always drink fresh and boiled water.
• Eat healthy and properly cooked food.
• Wash fruits and vegetables before eating.
• Always wash your hands before eating.
• Wash your hands immediately after changing diapers or handling pets.
• Avoid alcohol and refined sugar.
• Avoid processed and junk food as it lowers the immunity levels.
